Refund Policy

Returning your product because it’s unwanted

Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you a refund.

If your purchase has came via shop on tv , contact customer service and log your return . please allow upto 14 days for your refund to be processed back to your original method of payment given at the time of purchase .

If you have purchased direct from our website or through an event please call the office or email us at arkaysalesuk@gmail.com and we will process your refund , please allow upto 14 days for your refund to processed .

Our duvets carry a 10yr written guarantee on our workmanship .

Mulberry Silk Products Mfg. Co. Ltd. makes its silk- filled duvets in a manner that the fill does not move, shift or come out at the seams.Mulberry Silk Products Mfg. Co. Ltd. guarantees the workmanship of this
bedding product for a period of ten years. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the purchaser. Also, the guarantee is void if the product is not used with a duvet cover or properly cleaned.

Once delivered, leave your mattress to air for around 48 hours Turn your kokoon mattress corner to corner Use a washable mattress protector to avoid discolouration and marking (optional).Clean your mattress regularly by brushing or vacuuming to remove surface dirt and dustLet your mattress breath regularly by turning back the bedlinen for a few hours each week.Don’t use the bed as a trampoline as this will cause irreparable damage to the mattress springs, filling and bed base.No flipping required kokoon mattresses are not designed to be flipped. The materials are strategically layered . Like all mattresses, if you sleep alone on one side of the bed or have a meaningful weight differential with your mattress partner, then we do recommend rotating the bed 180 degrees every 3-6 months.

Our card safe Rfid protectors carry a 5 year warranty , should they stop working due rot being faulty we will replace them under warranty.

Our deshedding brushes carry a lifetime warranty against all faults.

Terms & Conditions

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase with in 28 days and we’ll exchange or refund it.
By original condition we mean:
• you’ve kept all original packaging and the item is in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
• you haven’t used the product

Which Products Can’t be Returned?

The following products won’t be eligible for a refund :
• Products which are received back over 28 days
• Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Contact the office for assistance .

After 28 days, we will repair or replace the product .
